Rapidsheetfab produces custom cable trays for industrial OEMs, automation systems, and equipment builders. These trays support cable routing in control panels, machinery frames, and facility installations where standard profiles fall short.

Fabrication Processes
Five fiber lasers cut sheets up to 2000 × 4000 mm. Seven CNC press brakes handle bends to 230 T / 3000 mm. Cable tray designs often require perforated bottoms, side flanges, and welded cross members. All steps stay within the same 3,500 m² facility.
CNC Punching
Slots, louvers, and mounting holes formed to drawing.
Welding
TIG, MIG/MAG, laser, and spot welding for tray sections and supports.
Hardware & Tapping
PEM hardware insertion and M2–M12 tapping.
Deburring & Finishing
Deburring, grinding, and brushing before finishing.
Materials and Thickness Range
We form cable trays from stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum grades. Sheet thickness runs from 0.5 mm to 12 mm.

Tolerances and Quality Controls
Every order follows IQC, FAI, IPQC, FQC, and OQC checkpoints. CMM and 2.5D vision systems verify critical dimensions, and the quality system is ISO 9001:2015 certified.

Surface Finishes
Powder coating, anodizing, zinc plating, passivation, sandblasting, and electropolishing are completed through qualified partners. These steps are not performed in-house.

Minimum order is one piece. We routinely move from first-article samples into repeat production without requalifying suppliers.
