Prototype to Production

MOQ

1 piece for prototypes

Lead Times

  • Prototypes: 3–12 working days depending on process
  • Small batches: typically 10–15 days
  • Regular production: typically 15–25 days

NPI Support

Low-volume and repeat production with stable process controls and documentation continuity

Surface Finishing

Through qualified finishing partners: powder coating, anodizing, plating, passivation, sandblasting, electropolishing, screen printing, and laser marking. These partner processes are not wholly in-house operations.

DFM for Robotics & Smart Equipment

  • •Clarify tolerance-critical features (e.g., mating panels, hinge lines, sensor interfaces)
  • •Align bend radii and material choices to function and finish
  • •Provide stack-up requirements for assembled enclosures and frames
  • •Call out cosmetic surfaces, viewing areas, and coating masks
  • •Specify PEM hardware types and torque requirements
  • •Define welding symbols and distortion-sensitive zones
  • •Include inspection priorities: datum scheme, gauge plans, and any FAI scope

If needed, our engineering team can propose manufacturable adjustments and communicate process-capability guidance early in the RFQ.

Logistics & Export Support

Direct overseas service since 2019; approximately 55% export sales.

Main Markets

United States Canada Germany United Kingdom Netherlands Sweden Australia Singapore

Export-ready communication, packaging to specification, and coordinated finishing via partners.

Example Robotics Use Cases

Cobot control cabinet with welded stainless frame, PEM hardware, powder-coated exterior panels, and documented FAI for NPI to repeat builds.

AGV battery enclosure in 5052 with louvers and spot-welded stiffeners, laser-marked IDs, and RoHS/REACH documentation.

RFQ Checklist for Faster Quotes

Please include the following in your inquiry:

  • 1.Drawings: PDF plus STEP/IGES/SolidWorks or DXF for flat patterns
  • 2.Quantities: prototype and production volumes
  • 3.Materials and thickness, any preferred grade (e.g., SUS304, 5052)
  • 4.Finishing: coating type, color/RAL, gloss, masking, or anodizing/plating details
  • 5.Critical tolerances, datum schemes, and cosmetic requirements
  • 6.Welding specifics and assembly instructions (hardware list, torque specs)
