Powder Coating
- All RAL, NCS, custom Pantone & metallic colors
- 50–120 µm thickness, electrostatic or wet spray

Anodizing (Aluminum)
- Type II / Type III (hardcoat up to 25 µm)
- Clear, black, bronze, champagne, military-grade

Plating
- Zinc, nickel, chrome, copper, tin, gold (0.5–100 µm)
- Passivation / chromate conversion after plating
- 5–10 days typical
Passivation & Electropolishing
- 304/316 stainless – Type II/III passivation or mirror-like electropolish

Sandblasting & Media Blasting
- Fine, medium, or heavy blast for adhesion or aesthetic removal

Screen Printing

Laser Marking

Tolerances & Cosmetic Controls We Guarantee
- Powder coat thickness: ±5 µm
- Anodize thickness: ±1 µm (Type II) / ±2 µm (Type III)
- Plating thickness: ±10% (per ISO 1456/2093)
- Surface roughness after blasting: Ra 1.6–6.3 µm
- Cosmetic uniformity: 100% visual (no orange peel, runs, or mottling)
- All cosmetic defects flagged in FQC report
