Documentation such as coating reports can be provided upon request.

Quality & Documentation

ISO 9001:2015 Certified Quality System

Gated inspection flow: IQC → FAI → IPQC → FQC → OQC

Inspection resources: CMM, 2.5D vision systems, height gauges, and standard inspection tools.

Available documents: First Article Inspection (FAI), dimensional reports, material certificates, RoHS/REACH, and coating reports.

Typical Process Capabilities

  • Laser cutting: ±0.10 mm
  • Bending: ±0.20–0.30 mm
  • Holes: ±0.10–0.20 mm

Final tolerances and cosmetic criteria are confirmed during RFQ/DFM review against your drawings and critical-to-quality (CTQ) features.

Revision control, repeatability plans, and fixture/tooling strategies carry your enclosure smoothly from prototype into low-volume repeat or scheduled builds.

Design Guide Snapshot for Industrial Enclosures

Practical DFM guidance we apply when reviewing your drawings. We will provide tailored suggestions for your design intent and target cost.

Bends

  • Preferred internal bend radius: ≥ 1.0 × t for aluminum and mild steel; ≥ 1.2–1.5 × t for stainless steel
  • Minimum flange width: ≥ 3 × t + bend radius

Holes & Features

  • Hole-to-edge: ≥ 1.5 × t (more for stainless and near bends)
  • Hole-to-bend line: ≥ 2.0 × t + bend radius
  • Use punched or formed louvers/embosses for airflow and stiffness

Hardware

  • Specify PEM type/size/material; provide keep-out zones around studs/standoffs
  • Mask threads before coating; call out torque/retention requirements

Welding

  • Indicate intermittent vs. continuous welds; define cosmetic sides
  • Provide weld symbols and access for torch/nozzle where needed

Finishing

  • Typical powder coat thickness: 60–80 µm; allow clearance on mating joints
  • Define cosmetic class: A (external), B (semi-visible), C (non-cosmetic)
  • Call out grain direction for brushed finishes on visible faces

Assembly & Sealing

  • Identify gasket types and channel dimensions (if required)
  • Define hinge/lock cutouts and reinforcement where needed
