Custom sheet metal fabrication

Welded Assemblies

From prototype builds to repeat production, Rapidsheetfab helps industrial OEMs bring cut, formed, welded, and hardware-integrated sheet metal parts together as production-ready assemblies.

Prototype to production

One partner for multi-process builds

Coordinate cutting, forming, welding, hardware insertion, finishing through qualified partners, and assembly around your drawings and project requirements.

Assembly manufacturing

Built around your assembly requirements

Welded assemblies often bring together laser-cut or punched components, formed sections, welded joints, and installed hardware. Rapidsheetfab supports industrial equipment makers and OEM teams with engineering review, flexible build quantities, and quality checks suited to prototype, NPI, and repeat work.

Integrated processes

Laser cutting, CNC bending, punching, TIG, MIG/MAG, laser and spot welding, plus PEM hardware insertion, riveting, tapping, and assembly.

Quality and documentation

Quality checks span IQC, FAI, IPQC, FQC, and OQC. First article inspection, dimensional reports, material certificates, and relevant process documents are available as applicable.

Flexible order volumes

Start with a one-piece prototype and continue into low-volume or regular production with a manufacturing partner focused on responsive engineering support and export-ready communication.
