Fabrication for industrial bases and stands

Machine bases and equipment stands can combine formed sheet metal, brackets, panels, mounting features, and welded assemblies. Their design needs to suit the equipment, intended loads, installation footprint, and access requirements. Share drawings and project requirements early so material, construction, and inspection needs can be reviewed before production.

Rapidsheetfab was founded in 2015 and operates a 3,500 m² manufacturing facility in Dongguan, China. Capabilities include laser cutting, CNC bending and punching, welding, hardware insertion, tapping, finishing preparation, and assembly. Qualified partners provide finishing processes such as powder coating, anodizing, plating, and passivation.

Projects can start with a one-piece prototype and continue into low-volume or repeat production. Quality controls include IQC, FAI, IPQC, FQC, and OQC, with dimensional reports and other project documentation available as applicable.
