Solar industry manufacturing standards
Solar equipment requires robust protection against environmental factors while maintaining precise dimensional accuracy for internal electronics and power conversion components.
Our facility in Dongguan is configured to handle the specific requirements of the energy sector, including thermal management features, IP-rated enclosure designs, and secure mounting points for sensitive instrumentation.
Thermal management features
Louvers, formed features, and cooling provisions integrated during punching and bending.
IP-rated enclosure design
Accurate angles and weather-tight seals supported by precision bending.
Secure mounting points
Hardware insertion, riveting, and tapping for sensitive instrumentation.
Core manufacturing capabilities
Our 3,500 m² facility is equipped to manage the entire fabrication lifecycle of your solar equipment enclosures.
Laser Cutting
Five fiber laser systems capable of handling stainless steel up to 20 mm, carbon steel up to 25 mm, and aluminum up to 16 mm. Sheet capacity extends to 2000 × 4000 mm.
Material expertise for outdoor environments
Selecting the correct material is critical for solar equipment longevity. We maintain regular stock and supply chain access for the following grades.
Stainless Steel
SUS304, SUS316, and SUS430 for high-corrosion environments.
Aluminum
5052 and 6061 for lightweight, weather-resistant structures.
Carbon Steel
SPCC, CRS, and Q235/Q355 for structural bases and internal frames.
Copper / Brass
Available for specialized electrical grounding or conductive components.
Quality control and documentation
We operate under an ISO 9001:2015 certified management system. For industrial OEMs, we provide full traceability.
Inspection flow
IQC, FAI, IPQC, FQC, and OQC protocols.
Tools
CMM, 2.5D vision systems, and calibrated height gauges.
Documentation
First Article Inspection (FAI) reports, dimensional reports, material certificates (MTRs), and RoHS/REACH compliance documentation upon request.
Prototype to production continuity
We support the NPI process with a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of one piece. Our lead times are structured to keep your project on schedule.
Design for manufacturing (DFM) support
Our engineering team reviews your STEP, DXF, or SolidWorks files before production begins. By providing DFM feedback early, we help you optimize hole placement, bend radii, and hardware selection—reducing costs and improving the manufacturability of your enclosures.
We prioritize clear communication regarding tolerances, typically maintaining ±0.10 mm for laser cutting and ±0.20–0.30 mm for bending.
