Service Details

Rapidsheetfab supports Industrial Automation programs that require drawing-based enclosures, cabinets, chassis, panels, brackets, frames, and welded sheet metal assemblies.

Manufacturing Scope

Rapidsheetfab combines fiber laser cutting, CNC punching, precision bending, TIG/MIG/MAG/laser/spot welding, PEM hardware insertion, riveting, M2–M12 tapping, deburring, grinding, brushing, basic polishing, and assembly. The exact route is selected from the drawing, material, thickness, geometry, tolerance, finish, and quantity.

Materials and Thickness Review

  • Stainless steel including SUS304, SUS316, and SUS430
  • SPCC/CRS, Q235/Q355, and galvanized SGCC/SECC steel
  • Aluminum 5052, 6061, and 5754
  • Copper C1100/T2 and brass H62
  • Typical sheet range from 0.5 to 12 mm, with drawing-specific capability review

Engineering and DFM Support

The engineering review checks bend access, bend radius, hole-to-edge distance, weld access, hardware clearance, flat-pattern feasibility, datum strategy, cosmetic surfaces, assembly sequence, and inspection points. Recommendations are made before production when a design change can improve repeatability or reduce avoidable cost.

Quality and Inspection

The quality flow can include IQC, first article inspection, in-process checks, final inspection, and outgoing quality control. Depending on the order, available records include dimensional reports, material certificates, RoHS/REACH documents, coating reports, and other drawing-defined documentation.

Prototype to Repeat Production

An MOQ of one piece supports prototypes and engineering builds. Typical prototype lead time is 3–12 working days depending on the process; small batches typically require 10–15 days and regular production 15–25 days. Final timing is confirmed after drawing and process review.

Surface Finishing

Powder coating, anodizing, plating, passivation, sandblasting, electropolishing, screen printing, and laser marking are available through qualified finishing partners. Finish specifications, color, gloss, masking, appearance, and test requirements should be included in the RFQ.
