Custom Equipment Cases and Precision Sheet Metal Fabrication
Industrial OEMs require more than a cut-and-bent piece of metal. Your equipment cases are the structural backbone and the visual face of your product. Rapidsheetfab is a direct-to-manufacturer partner for engineering teams bridging the gap between initial NPI builds and reliable, repeatable production.

Precision Fabrication for Industrial Enclosures
We specialize in the fabrication of equipment cases, chassis, and cabinet assemblies. By centralizing laser cutting, CNC bending, hardware insertion, and welding in our 3,500 m² Dongguan facility, we eliminate the need for managing multiple subcontractors.
DFM Feedback
We review your STEP or DXF files before production to identify potential issues with bend radii or hardware clearance, saving expensive design revisions later.
Tight Tolerances
We hold laser cutting to ±0.10 mm and bending to ±0.20–0.30 mm, ensuring internal components fit correctly during final assembly.
Hardware Integration
PEM hardware insertion, riveting, and tapping (M2–M12) handled in-house, delivering cases ready for immediate electronics or mechanical integration.
Technical Capabilities and Material Range
Our production floor is equipped to handle the varying thicknesses and material requirements common in equipment housing.
| Process | Capacity / Range |
|---|---|
| Fiber Laser Cutting | Up to 2000 × 4000 mm (Steel up to 25 mm, SS up to 20 mm, Al up to 16 mm) |
| CNC Press Bending | Up to 230T / 3000 mm |
| Sheet Thickness | 0.5 mm – 12 mm |
| Materials | SUS304/316, SPCC, Q235, 5052/6061 Aluminum, Copper, Brass |
| Welding | TIG, MIG/MAG, Laser, Spot Welding |
Quality Management and Documentation
For industrial and medical equipment, documentation is as critical as the part itself. Our ISO 9001:2015 certified system ensures every batch matches the agreed-upon specifications, providing the traceability required for OEM supply chains.
-
FAI and Inspection Reports
Every prototype and production run includes dimensional reports based on your provided drawings.
-
Material Traceability
Material certificates provided upon request to verify the grade and origin of your raw materials.
-
Compliance Documentation
Support for RoHS/REACH requirements, with coating reports for surface finishes.
-
Inspection Tools
CMM and 2.5D vision systems verify complex geometries and hole positions.
From Prototype to Repeat Production
We operate on a model designed for NPI (New Product Introduction) and subsequent low-to-medium volume manufacturing.
-
1
Prototypes
MOQ is one piece. With a lead time of 3–12 working days, we help you get functional test units into the field faster.
-
2
Production Continuity
The same equipment and engineering files are used for your prototype and your production run, avoiding the "re-learning" phase that occurs when switching suppliers between development and mass production.
-
3
Export Experience
Since 2019, we have supplied OEMs across the US, Europe, and Australia, with international packaging standards, shipping logistics, and responsive English-language project communication.
Surface Finishing and Assembly
While we focus on the core metal fabrication, we manage the complete finish of your equipment cases through a vetted network of partners. This includes powder coating, anodizing, plating, and screen printing.
By managing this as part of our process, we ensure the cosmetic quality of the finished part—not just the raw metal—before it leaves our facility.
