Precision Cutting & Forming

Fiber Laser Cutting: Five machines capable of handling sheets up to 2000 × 4000 mm. We maintain ±0.10 mm accuracy for complex mounting patterns and ventilation cutouts.

CNC Press Brakes: Seven machines with up to 230T capacity, ensuring consistent bend angles (±0.20–0.30 mm) across repeat production runs.

CNC Punching: Dedicated stations for precision louvers, knockouts, and hardware-ready features.
Welding & Assembly

Certified Welding: TIG, MIG/MAG, laser, and spot welding for structural integrity in frame-based enclosures.

Hardware Integration: In-house PEM hardware insertion, riveting, and M2–M12 tapping to ensure your sub-assemblies arrive ready for component integration.

Full Assembly: We offer deburring, grinding, and mechanical assembly to deliver finished units.
