Building robust server racks and network enclosures requires multi-process precision. Our in-house capabilities are perfectly suited for complex cabinet designs.
Precision CNC Punching & Laser Cutting
Essential for server cabinets. We utilize CNC punching for high-speed creation of ventilation louvers, precision mounting holes, and formed features. Our fiber lasers handle large panels up to 2000 × 4000 mm.
CNC Press Brake Forming
Seven CNC press brakes (up to 230T / 3000 mm) ensure precise bending for U-rack rails, structural frames, and seamless doors. Standard bending tolerances are held at ±0.20–0.30 mm.
Welding & Structural Assembly
Expert TIG, MIG/MAG, spot, and laser welding to ensure maximum load-bearing capacity and structural rigidity for heavy IT equipment bases and frames.
Hardware Insertion
Extensive experience with PEM hardware insertion, riveting, and M2–M12 tapping for cage nuts, grounding studs, and PCB standoffs.
Materials & Surface Finishing
We stock and process the ideal materials for IT and telecom infrastructure. Through our network of highly qualified finishing partners, we deliver fully finished, ready-to-assemble cabinets.

- Steel (SPCC/CRS): The industry standard for indoor server racks (0.5–12 mm thickness).
- Galvanized Steel (SGCC/SECC): Excellent for telecom enclosures requiring enhanced corrosion resistance.
- Aluminum (5052, 6061): Ideal for lightweight, wall-mounted network cabinets or aerospace/marine IT enclosures.
