What We Bend
We bend a wide range of OEM components and subassemblies, including:
Enclosures & Structures
Enclosures, cabinets, chassis, frames, bases, and structural sheet metal components.
Panels & Brackets
Panels, brackets, and mounting plates with consistent angles, flanges, and hole-to-bend alignment.
Multi-Process Parts
Formed parts requiring cutting + bending + welding + hardware + assembly in one continuous workflow.
If your project starts as a prototype but must transition into repeat builds, we are structured to support that continuity.
CNC Precision Bending Capabilities
Our facility operates seven CNC press brakes for controlled, repeatable forming.
Press Brake Capacity
Up to 230T / 3000 mm
Sheet Metal Thickness
Typical range: 0.5–12 mm (part-dependent)
Bending Tolerance
Typical: ±0.20–0.30 mm (drawing/process dependent)
We support bending work that must match downstream requirements such as welding fit-up, enclosure door alignment, sealing surfaces, and assembly stack-ups.
Supported Materials
We routinely bend common industrial sheet metals:
Stainless Steel
SUS304, SUS316, SUS430
Steel
SPCC/CRS, Q235/Q355, SGCC/SECC
Aluminum
5052, 6061, 5754
Copper & Brass
C1100/T2, H62
Material selection, thickness, and bend geometry directly affect springback and achievable tolerances—our team will confirm feasibility during engineering review.
Typical Part Quality Controls
Industrial OEMs choose us for bending work where fit, cosmetics, and documentation matter—not just "getting it bent."
Quality Flow
IQC → FAI → IPQC → FQC → OQC
Inspection Resources
- CMM
- 2.5D vision measurement systems
- Height gauges and standard inspection tools
Available Documentation
- First Article Inspection (FAI)
- Dimensional inspection reports
- Material certificates
- RoHS/REACH documents (as required)
- Coating/finishing reports (when included)
Prototype-to-Production Lead Time
If you have a target delivery date, include it in your RFQ and we will confirm the best manufacturing plan.
One-Stop Fabrication Integration
Many RFQs require bending plus other steps. We frequently deliver complete fabricated parts and assemblies including:
Cutting
Fiber laser cutting (in-house), CNC punching with formed features, louvers, precision holes
Joining
TIG / MIG(MAG) / laser / spot welding
Hardware
PEM insertion, riveting, tapping (M2–M12)
Finishing
Deburring, grinding, brushing, polishing, assembly
Surface Finishing (via qualified partners)
Powder coating, anodizing, plating, passivation, sandblasting, electropolishing, screen printing, laser marking
Surface finishing is completed through qualified finishing partners and should not be represented as wholly in-house operations.
Engineering Review & DFM Support
To reduce iteration cycles and improve first-pass success, we provide practical DFM feedback on items such as:
- →Bend feasibility and minimum flange considerations
- →Tolerance stack-up and critical-to-fit features
- →Hole-to-bend relationships and assembly alignment
- →Weld + bend sequencing impacts
- →Cosmetic control for visible panels and enclosures
If your project includes critical interfaces, tell us what matters most—sealing surfaces, door gaps, mating to machined parts, or cosmetic zones.
