Rapidsheetfab is a custom sheet metal fabrication manufacturer founded in 2015 in Dongguan, China. Our 3,500 m² facility supports industrial OEM customers with parts and assemblies made to customer drawings, from early prototypes to repeat production.
The fabrication process can combine laser cutting, CNC punching, forming, welding, hardware insertion, tapping, finishing coordination, and assembly as project requirements allow. Available materials include stainless steel, carbon and galvanized steel, aluminum, copper, and brass.
Support for industrial OEM applications
Trays and pans can form part of equipment enclosures, machinery, automation systems, electronics, laboratory equipment, and material-handling assemblies. Our team reviews project requirements and drawings to help align fabrication details with the intended build.
Prototype and NPI builds
Develop and evaluate custom parts with support for one-piece prototype orders and new product introduction builds.
Quality and documentation
Quality processes include IQC, FAI, IPQC, FQC, and OQC. Inspection reports and material documentation are available according to project needs.
