Precision Sheet Metal Capabilities for Networking Hardware

Fiber distribution boxes require exact tolerances to ensure hardware alignment and cable management integrity. Our facility is equipped for the full fabrication lifecycle.

Laser Cutting

Five fiber laser cutters handle sheets up to 2000 × 4000 mm, ensuring clean edges on stainless steel, aluminum, and galvanized steel.

CNC Bending

Seven press brakes with up to 230T capacity allow for complex, multi-bend geometries required for secure internal mounting.

Precision Punching

Automated punching provides high-repeatability for ventilation patterns, mounting holes, and cable entry knockouts.

Hardware Insertion

We utilize PEM hardware insertion to ensure secure, vibration-resistant mounting points for fiber optic adapters and splice trays.

Material Selection and Technical Specifications

The durability of a distribution box depends on material selection. We regularly process materials optimized for both indoor and outdoor environments. Our standard manufacturing tolerances—laser cutting at ±0.10 mm and bending at ±0.20–0.30 mm—ensure that your enclosure components fit together consistently, reducing assembly time on your production line.

Material Typical Application
Stainless Steel (SUS304/316) Corrosive environments or high-spec laboratory and outdoor installations
Aluminum (5052/6061) Optimal strength-to-weight ratio for wall-mounted or rack-mount enclosures
Coated Steel (SGCC/SECC) Cost-effective solutions for standard internal networking applications

Engineering Support and DFM Feedback

We operate as an engineering-responsive partner. When you submit your STEP, DXF, or SolidWorks files, our team performs a Design for Manufacturing (DFM) review before production begins. We identify potential issues—such as bend radius constraints, hardware interference, or material yield optimization—to prevent costly delays during the NPI phase. This technical scrutiny helps maintain the structural integrity and aesthetic finish required for professional-grade distribution hardware.

Bend Radius Constraints

Reviewed before production to avoid forming issues.

Hardware Interference

Checked to protect adapter and splice tray mounting.

Material Yield Optimization

Identified to improve cost efficiency during NPI.

Quality Management and Documentation

Reliability is non-negotiable for critical infrastructure components. Our ISO 9001:2015 certified process covers every stage of production.

  • FAI (First Article Inspection)

Rigorous verification of the initial sample against your drawings.

  • In-Process & Final Inspection

Utilization of CMM and 2.5D vision systems to ensure dimensional accuracy.

  • Documentation

We provide comprehensive material certificates, RoHS/REACH compliance documents, and detailed inspection reports with every shipment.

Surface Finishing for Protective Enclosures

Fiber distribution boxes often require specific surface treatments to protect against environmental degradation or to meet specific branding requirements. We coordinate with qualified finishing partners to provide:

Powder Coating

Durable, textured, or smooth finishes to protect against oxidation and scratches.

Passivation / Anodizing

Chemical treatment for corrosion resistance on stainless steel and aluminum.

Screen Printing & Laser Marking

Permanent identification for port labeling and regulatory compliance.

Fiber distribution box production from prototype through volume manufacturing

Prototype to Production Continuity

We support your project from the initial NPI build to full-scale production. With an MOQ of one piece, we allow you to test your design in the field before committing to larger quantities.

  • Prototypes 3–12 working days
  • Small Batches 10–15 days
  • Regular Production 15–25 days

With 55% of our production exported to the US, Europe, and Australia, we are experienced in managing the logistics and communication requirements of international OEM customers.
