Electronics and electrical sheet metal fabrication - enclosures, chassis, and panels

What We Make for Electronics & Electrical OEMs

We manufacture custom sheet metal parts and assemblies commonly used in electronics and electrical equipment, including:

Electrical Enclosures & Housings

Indoor/outdoor concepts, panels, doors, and covers built to your specifications.

Chassis & Frames

For instruments, controllers, and embedded systems requiring structural rigidity.

19-Inch Rack Components

Rack-mount panels, mounting plates, and related hardware for standard rack systems.

Brackets, Trays & Supports

Precision components for PCBs, power supplies, sensors, and electronic modules.

Control Cabinets

Sub-assemblies requiring bending, welding, and hardware integration in one build.

Panels & Welded Assemblies

Precision cutouts for switches, displays, connectors, and vents, plus multi-part welded builds.

If your RFQ includes both prototype and follow-on production quantities, we are structured to support continuity from the start.

Capabilities Built for Electronics & Electrical Requirements

Cutting, Forming, and Feature Creation

  • Fiber laser cutting — sheet size up to 2000 × 4000 mm
  • CNC punching — precision holes, louvers, and formed features
  • CNC press brakes — up to 230T / 3000 mm for repeatable bending

Typical drawing-dependent tolerances:

Laser Cutting

±0.10 mm

Bending

±0.20–0.30 mm

Holes

±0.10–0.20 mm

Welding and Assembly

  • Welding processes — TIG, MIG/MAG, laser welding, and spot welding
  • Hardware integration — PEM hardware insertion, riveting, and M2–M12 tapping
  • Finishing prep — deburring, grinding, brushing, basic polishing, and assembly

These processes support common electronics assembly needs such as consistent hardware alignment, strong joints, and clean edges suitable for handling and finishing.

Materials & Finishing Options
