Precision Fabrication for Motor Mounts
Motor mounts require more than just accurate dimensions; they demand structural integrity and precise hole alignment to ensure vibration control and equipment longevity. Our facility in Dongguan is equipped to handle the specific requirements of motor mounting hardware.
Material Selection
Processing 0.5–12 mm stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum to match your specific vibration and load-bearing requirements.
Forming and Features
CNC punching and press brake forming for reinforced ribs, gussets, and precision-aligned mounting holes.
Welded Assemblies
Integrated TIG, MIG, and laser welding to create rigid, durable mounts that withstand operational stress.
Manufacturing Technical Specifications
Our production environment is built for industrial-grade consistency. We utilize a controlled workflow to ensure that every mount meets your engineering specifications.
Laser Cutting
Five fiber laser systems with a 2000 × 4000 mm capacity, ensuring burr-free edges and tight tolerance control (±0.10 mm).
Bending
Seven CNC press brakes up to 230T / 3000 mm, providing the force necessary for thick-gauge structural mounts.
Hardware Integration
In-house PEM hardware insertion and M2–M12 tapping to simplify your final assembly process.
Surface Preparation
Deburring, brushing, and grinding, with access to qualified finishing partners for powder coating, anodizing, and passivation.
Engineering Support and DFM
We review your drawings—PDF, DXF, STEP, or SolidWorks—before production begins. Our engineering team provides Design for Manufacturing (DFM) feedback to optimize your motor mount designs for cost-efficiency and structural performance.
If a design needs adjustment for better bend radii or more efficient laser nesting, we communicate these options before the first piece is cut.
Quality Control and Documentation
Quality is verified through a structured flow: IQC, FAI, IPQC, FQC, and OQC. For industrial OEM customers, documentation is as important as the part itself. We provide:
- First Article Inspection (FAI) reports.
- Dimensional inspection reports using CMM and 2.5D vision systems.
- Material certificates and RoHS/REACH compliance documents.
- Coating and finishing thickness reports.
We maintain ISO 9001:2015 certification to ensure our processes remain consistent across every production run.
From Prototype to Production
We manage the full lifecycle of your components. Whether you are in the NPI phase and need a one-off prototype in 3–12 working days, or you are ready for a recurring batch of 500 units, our scheduling is flexible. We prioritize prototype-to-production continuity, ensuring that the manufacturing method used for your sample is the same one used for your volume order.
Export-Ready Service
Since 2019, Rapidsheetfab has focused on the international market, with 55% of our output exported to the United States, Europe, Australia, and Singapore. We understand the requirements of overseas procurement teams, including specific packaging standards, clear communication regarding lead times, and transparent shipping coordination.
