Engineering-Driven U-Bracket Production

U-brackets often serve as critical structural components or mounting points in complex assemblies. Poorly formed bends or inconsistent hole placements can lead to assembly failures downstream.

Design Review Before Production

Our engineering team reviews every design file before production begins, so potential problems are caught while they are still easy to change.

Design for Manufacturing Feedback

We flag issues such as bend relief requirements or hardware clearance that could complicate your assembly process.

Reduced Rework Risk

By addressing these factors early, we reduce the risk of rework and ensure your brackets fit correctly the first time.

Manufacturing Capabilities for Custom Brackets

We utilize a combination of fiber laser cutting and CNC press brake forming to achieve the specific geometry required for your U-brackets.

Feature Capability Tolerance
Material Thickness 0.5 mm – 12 mm N/A
Laser Cutting Up to 2000 × 4000 mm ±0.10 mm
Bending Up to 230T / 3000 mm ±0.20–0.30 mm
Hole Precision CNC Punching / Laser ±0.10–0.20 mm
Hardware PEM Insertion / Tapping M2 – M12

Our facility is equipped with five fiber laser cutters and seven CNC press brakes, allowing us to maintain capacity for both low-volume NPI builds and high-volume production runs.

Material Selection and Finishing

The performance of a U-bracket depends on selecting the right material for your operating environment. We regularly process:

  • Stainless Steel (SUS304, 316, 430)

Ideal for medical, food-grade, or corrosive environments.

  • Carbon Steel (SPCC, Q235/Q355)

A cost-effective solution for structural brackets, typically finished with powder coating.

  • Aluminum (5052, 6061)

Selected for weight-sensitive applications in robotics and aerospace.

Finishing Through Qualified Partners

We manage the entire finishing process through qualified partners, ensuring your brackets arrive ready for installation. Available finishes include:

  • Powder coating
  • Anodizing
  • Plating
  • Passivation

Quality Control and Documentation

We operate under an ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system. For industrial OEMs, we provide full traceability and documentation packages to meet your internal supplier requirements.

First Article Inspection (FAI)

Detailed reports confirming dimensions against your drawings.

Material Certification

Verification of raw material grades.

Compliance

RoHS/REACH documentation provided upon request.

Inspection Tools

We utilize CMM and 2.5D vision systems to verify critical tolerances on complex bracket geometries.

Prototype-to-Production Continuity

We understand that your requirements change as a project moves from NPI to full-scale production. We support an MOQ of one piece for prototypes, with lead times starting at 3–12 working days.

By keeping your prototype and production work under one roof, we eliminate the need to requalify suppliers as your volume increases. We maintain your design files and production parameters, ensuring that the 1,000th unit matches the quality and precision of your first prototype.

One Supplier, Every Volume Stage

  1. 1

    Prototype

MOQ of one piece, with design files and production parameters retained.

  2. 2
