Manufacturing Precision for Industrial Shelving
Industrial shelving requires high load-bearing integrity and consistent dimensional accuracy. We utilize five fiber laser cutters with a 2000 × 4000 mm capacity to maintain tight tolerances on complex shelving components.
By integrating CNC punching and press brake forming, we ensure that every shelf, upright, and support brace meets the structural requirements defined in your CAD drawings.

Engineering-Responsive Workflow
We view drawings as the foundation of our partnership. Our team provides DFM (Design for Manufacturing) feedback during the quoting phase to help optimize your shelf designs for production efficiency.
Whether you are transitioning from an NPI build to a production run of 500 units, we maintain the consistency of your design specifications across every batch.
-
1
Drawing Review
Your PDF, DXF, or STEP files are reviewed against production requirements.
-
2
DFM Feedback
Optimization suggestions shared during the quoting phase.
-
3
NPI to Production
From prototype build to a run of 500 units, specifications stay consistent.
Production Lead Times
We manage the balance between speed and quality for international clients. With 55% of our output exported to markets including the US, Germany, the UK, and Australia, we are structured to handle the logistics and communication requirements of overseas procurement teams.
| Project Type | Lead Time |
