Founded in 2015, Rapidsheetfab supports industrial OEM customers from its 3,500 m² Dongguan facility with integrated fabrication, quality control, and export-ready project communication.
From Prototype and NPI to Repeat Production
The team includes approximately 85 employees, including eight engineering and seven quality personnel. Manufacturing resources include five fiber laser cutters, seven CNC press brakes, CNC punching, multiple welding processes, hardware insertion, tapping, grinding, finishing coordination, and assembly.
Rapidsheetfab has served overseas customers directly since 2019. Approximately 55% of sales are exported, with main markets across North America, Europe, Australia, and Singapore.
Quality System
The ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system supports IQC, FAI, IPQC, FQC, and OQC. Inspection resources include CMM, 2.5D vision systems, height gauges, and standard inspection tools.
