Manufacturing Capabilities for OEM Projects
Our production floor is equipped to handle complex multi-process fabrication requirements. We maintain the following core infrastructure.
Laser Cutting
Five fiber laser systems capable of processing sheets up to 2000 × 4000 mm. Material capacity includes stainless steel up to 20 mm, carbon steel up to 25 mm, and aluminum up to 16 mm.
Bending and Forming
Seven CNC press brakes with capacity reaching 230T / 3000 mm, ensuring accurate geometry for complex panel designs.
Precision Punching
Specialized equipment for high-volume holes, louvers, and specific formed features.
Welding and Assembly
Comprehensive joining capabilities including TIG, MIG/MAG, laser, and spot welding, supplemented by PEM hardware insertion, riveting, and tapping (M2–M12).
Material Specifications
We work with a wide range of industrial-grade materials to meet specific application requirements for strength, conductivity, or corrosion resistance.

Prototype and Production Lead Times

Engineering-Driven Manufacturing
We function as an extension of your engineering team. When you submit an RFQ, our process includes a review of your drawings (PDF, DXF, STEP, SolidWorks) to provide DFM (Design for Manufacturing) feedback. We identify potential production bottlenecks or cost-saving opportunities before cutting begins, ensuring the final output matches your design intent.
